Please note: X-ray scans are on a walk-in basis only. No scheduling required. First patient at 9 AM and last walk-in at 5:00 PM

Once the form is completed and sent, a Partners Imaging Center scheduler will be alerted immediately and will make contact by phone or by email to confirm your booking. If your ideal time and date is not available, a number of close alternatives will be provided.
